4 cups of rolled oats
1 cup of almonds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup of oil (coconut or olive work well)
½ cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Mix all ingredients and pat down on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Let cool for about 45 minutes before breaking apart.
