During a 10-year-long partnership with a board-certified gastroenterologist, I learned the importance nutrition plays in digestive health and realized that most patients' problems stem from their lack of fiber. Weight gain, depression, low energy, and poor mood were just some of the repeating symptoms I saw over and over again.

Throughout my life, I'd also struggled with digestive issues, and only after incorporating more plants into my diet did the issues resolve. I practiced what I preached and found resolution through my own advice.

Instead of giving you a meal plan to follow, I focus on teaching you a simple system for creating meals and snacks. You’ll learn how to build nutritious meals with balanced ingredients so that you can create a healthy plate anywhere, anytime, even on vacation! With this framework, there’ll be no guesswork to eating, and you’ll feel empowered making positive food choices.
Unlike most dietitians who simply focus on food, I use an integrative, holistic approach when helping you develop lasting lifestyle changes. I'll take several aspects of your life into account, considering the food you eat, sleep patterns, day-to-day lifestyle, stress factors, exercise and movement, and even social wellness.
Making life-long changes means starting slowly and working diligently. It's important for you to feel good when you eat, which means keeping the foods you love close by. I don't believe in restricting oneself or eliminating foods from a diet; instead, I'll guide you as you introduce healthy, plant-based meals into your life, slowly increasing the quantities as we go.
