I’m a registered dietitian with a Master's Degree in Nutritional Science and certifications in Alternative and Plant-Based Nutrition. I help my clients gently introduce whole plant-based foods into their diets to restore their gut health. 

My unique approach steers away from restrictive meal plans and uses a more holistic process. I use evidence-based theories to guide you toward optimal health and wellness.
